We are an FQHC offering a wide array of medical care, including family practice, pediatrics, ob/gyn, vision, and dental. We also have BHC’s offering behavioral health services consistent with the PCBH model at 4 of our family practice offices.

McFarland Clinic
McFarland Clinic is a Multi-Specialty Physician Owned Clinic with over 280 providers covering 12 communities in Central Iowa. The Behavioral Medicine Department was opened in January of 2019. Integrated Behavioral Health and Collaborative Care CoCM services are offered to all patients referred through their provider.
