The IBH team consists of the patient, primary care provider, nurse, psychologist and social worker. When enrolled, the patient may receive up to 10 individual therapy sessions, about 45 minutes in length, aimed at helping the patient build coping skills, reduce symptoms of distress, or reach specific behavioral goals.
