Adapt Integrated Health Care

Adapt began as an SUD services organization that expanded into primary care (now an FQHC) and later into mental health (now the CMHP). Services are concentrated in Douglas County, where the full spectrum of treatment options are available with SUD treatment available in surrounding counties. The two primary care clinics are in Douglas County and offer PCBH and integrated MAT services.
